Not sure which is the winner yet. Out of the box, Xoops is much easier to install and get acquainted with. Xoops definately has an easier to manage user interface, but Drupal is fully integrated with Gallery 2.1 ... which will save a lot of time and work.

For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, Xoops and Drupal are content management systems. I haven't built this website from scratch. I just choose which block (navigation, random image, recent comments, etc...) go where and input the content. Then I select from a choice of graphical appearance and voila! a website in about 2 hours.

Currently, this site is running on Drupal . My previous page was using TWiki .
